This inspection includes:
· Check attic and/or crawl spaces for any leaks or water damage
· Water Heater inspection to ensure that its working properly
· Verify that your toilets and drains are operational
· Check appliances for irregularities
· Check water pressure and shower valves for mixing
· Check your HVAC
